Our favorite things remain the apartment's location, easy access for commute, and the best choice of unit within the building, all to Godwin's credit.

Actually, there was a bonus to Godwin's service. Since he knew we were arriving late night, he secured the apartment keys, ensured that our unit was cleaned and habitable for us and purchased a few toiletries and basic necessities for our convenience. Surprising right? Believe it or not, he gladly offered to show us around town and also pointed us towards prudent companies for mobile phone set-up, banking and insurance. He is just a phone call away which allows us 'newbies' to easily bounce ideas off him.
